How do I know if my online order has been processed?

Shortly after placing an online order, you will see an order confirmation page that shows the details of your order. You will also receive an automatic email confirming your order. The email is automatically sent to the email address that you entered into the order form.

If you did not receive the automatic confirmation email for your order, one (or more) of the following likely happened: (please edit to match the new shopping cart)

1. You did not complete the last step in the online order process. You must click on “place order” at the bottom of page 2 of the order form in order to complete the order. (please edit to match the new shopping cart)

solution: go back to the web site, and click on “show order” at the top left of any web page. If your “shopping cart” still contains the items you want to purchase, click on “checkout,” then;


- fill out page 1 of the order form, then click on "continue" at the bottom.
- fill out page 2 of the order form, then click "place order" at the bottom.

2. Your email software or ISP (internet service provider) filtered our email into the "spam" or "junk mail" folder.

solution: check your "spam" or "junk mail" folder. If you find our email there, please mark it as "not spam," "not junk mail," etc. and add our email address to your "address book," "contact list," "trusted senders list," or "safe list"

3. You entered the incorrect email address. (please edit to match the new shopping cart) solution: Log in to your account, and update your email address. or Contact us by email, or call customer service: 877-822-7664 and let us know your order number, first and last name. We'll correct your email address, and you'll receive the email confirmation.
