How to measure for women:

You'll need a flexible tape measure (inches) and someone to help you place and read the measuring tape.
Chest / Lower Bust

A. The biggest circumference around the chest

Keep measuring tape horizontal, wrap around the biggest girth of the chest, keeping the measuring tape up and close to the arm pits. 		5. Waist

A. The circumference at the level of the belly button

Keep measuring tape horizontal, wrap around the level of the belly button.
Hips

A. The biggest circumference around the buttocks

Keep measuring tape horizontal, wrap around the biggest part of the buttocks
