What's your exchange policy?

In order to do an "exchange":

1. Submit a new order (online or phone order) for the replacement item(s) to ensure that the item(s) is available.
2. Return the original item(s) per our return policy.

Refund is issued after the returned item(s) are received in original condition (no sign of wear or washing) and with all original packaging (tags, labels, etc.)
