All MyBarong products are covered by our "satisfaction guaranteed" policy for 30 days*. If you are not satisfied with the quality of our product(s), you may return the product(s) in original condition (no sign of wear or washing) with all original packaging for a refund.
For returned "In Stock" items, the refund will be the full purchase price.
For returned "Custom Tailor" & "3-Week Tailor" garments, the refund will be the purchase price minus a 29% re-stocking fee.

Please contact us by email, or call customer service at 877-822-7664 to request an RMA# (Return Merchandise Authorization Number)
Refund is issued in same form as payment was received (i.e. credit card) when the returned item is received in original condition (no sign of wear or washing) and with all original packaging (tags, labels, etc.) within 30 days from the date you received your order. Shipping charges not refunded.
When sending your return, please be sure to:
- write the RMA# on the outside of your package
- write the RMA# on the packing slip or on a copy of your order & include it inside the package.
